Update

I don't have any new pictures to post, but thought I should give an update. It has been a rough few days for Mason and his parents. Mason has the stomach flu and yesterday couldn't keep anything down. He would throw up and then be absolutely starving, but would throw up as soon as we gave him anything to drink. We did at least 5 loads of laundry yesterday (not fun, because our dryer is broken). Today he seems a little better, so he went to Kim's, armed with plenty of extra blankets and outfits. On the plus side, he finally learned how to drink from a sippy cup yesterday. All of a sudden it clicked that he had to suck on it for the juice (pedialyte) to come out. He sure is becoming a big boy! We're getting professional pictures taken of him at JC Penny's on Friday, and I'm excited to see how they turn out.

This Week with Mason

Mason has been going to bed really well by 8:30 the last few nights. Last night, he fell asleep in Marshall's arms around 9, but woke up when Marshall put him in his crib. Often, even when that happens, Mason will just lie in his crib, whine a little, and go to sleep. So we left him in his crib and went to get ready for bed. A few minutes later (3-4 MAX) he was crying really hard, but still lying down, so I went in there to get him. I picked him up and he stopped crying, looked at me, and then all of a sudden threw up all over me, his crib, his floor, and himself. I screamed for Marshall, who came and took him and then Mason threw up again all over Marshall and a different part of his floor. The poor kid. I don't think he was really sick, I think the crying just moved things around in his stomach. We had to take off all his clothes, all our clothes, and wash all his crib bedding, crib toys, stuffed animals, etc. Then I had to wipe down his crib and walls and scrub the floor. I ...
